Responsibilities
- Leading from the front/hands on role managing a team of 8 Account Managers/Business Developers, including seniors
- Driving sales through your team with focus on Central Government, Local Government, Defence, Police & Education to global technology giants and government agencies
- A key leadership position responsible for the execution of the sales strategy
- Coaching/driving your team and engaging with deals and the salespeople; this role suits a Sales Leader who loves execution

Essential experience required
- Have a background managing a team selling IT services to the Public Sector
- Experience running Major bids of £5m-£20m in the Public Sector
- Achieved target 4 out of last 5 years
- Outstanding leader with a minimum of 5 years experience leading new business solutions salespeople
