Rutherford has been mandated on an excellent opportunity for a Regulatory Analyst to join the expanding London team of a leading global investment bank. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring regulatory developments across UK and European markets and supporting compliance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise in regulatory change management while working alongside a high-performing compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes impacting UK and European operations.
• Liaise regularly with Compliance Advisory teams across Europe and APAC to stay current on lessons learned.
• Prepare and distribute regulatory updates for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct initial assessments of compliance-related regulatory changes.
• Support impact assessments per the Regulatory Developments team’s process.
• Maintain records tracking regulatory change status with Compliance Advisory.
• Deliver clear, tailored presentations on regulatory developments and impacts.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of regulatory experience within asset management, investment banking or wealth management sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships across all organisational levels.
• Experience working within or supporting Compliance functions.
• Knowledgeable in managing regulatory change through analysis, advisory or project roles.
