- Support Account Executives to manage and grow client accounts
- Handle renewals, mid-term changes and documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with claims management and provide regular updates to clients
- Stay up to date with market developments and compliance standards
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 2 years’ insurance industry experience
- Willingness to work towards Cert CII qualification
- Strong communication skills with a professional client-facing approach
- Ambitious and proactive team player
