Overview

Fast-scaling B2B services group in Chepstow is recruiting Head of FP&A for next phase of transformation. £80-100k + bonus, hybrid.

Having grown rapidly through acquisition, this person is needed to bring in enhanced commercial reporting, to provide clear insight and leadership guidance for strategic delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for budgeting, forecasting and long term planning.
• Create KPI dashboards to measure commercial drivers and business performance.
• Partner executive board and subsidiary leaders to advise and challenge decision-making.
• Manage disparate data integrity and operational complexity to build out processes for dependable analytics.
• Build models for evaluate M&A and investment appraisal.
• Help build out structure for success of future integrations.
