London – 1 day a month on site if useful (sometimes even less) – all expenses covered

Responsibilities
- Hands-on Development: Deep dive into backend and frontend development with modern technologies, ensuring high-quality, secure code.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and championing best practices.
- Project Ownership: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver complex project requirements.
- Process Optimization: Champion agile, CI/CD, and automated testing to boost productivity.
- Innovation: Explore and propose new tools and technologies to enhance our platform’s efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, supporting deployments and maintenance.
We’re looking for a leader with strong technical expertise:
- Experience: 5+ years in software development with hands-on coding, including prior lead or senior engineer roles.
- .Net 6+ & .Net Framework
- Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core
- React & TypeScript
- SQL
- Familiarity with evolving monolithic architectures and understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring.
