We’re working with a leading London Market Insurer that’s scaling its digital capabilities and embedding a truly product-led, agile approach.

This is a permanent opportunity for a seasoned Product Lead to own vision and execution. You’ll galvanise cross-functional teams, drive measurable business value, and shape the digital strategy that underpins the firm’s growth.

You’ll be stepping into a brand-new team, drawing in stakeholders and technical expertise from all corners of the business to deliver quick wins and long-term strategic impact.

• Define and own the product vision & strategy for your domain
• Lead problem definition & solution design, supported by design and engineering experts
• Drive roadmap execution and deliver outcomes aligned to business strategy
• Build trusted relationships across business & technology stakeholders
• Coach and empower your squad, championing agile ways of working

What we’re looking for

• Strong track record as a Product Lead / Senior Product Manager in Insurance (London Market preferable)
• Proven success delivering digital products with measurable commercial impact
• Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions (highly desirable)
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Data-driven, outcome-focused decision maker
