Lead Recruitment Consultant – Recruitment agency – London. 3 days per week in office. 11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs, partnering top talent with a diverse client base. We are formed of 7 brands (3Search, Tenzing Search, FinRox, NearTech Search, Tarka Talent, Edenity, and FIFTEEN West) across the UK and US, focused on markets including sales, marketing, and consulting.

In 2024 we had our best-ever revenue year and are maintaining momentum in 2025. Responsibilities
- Build and manage an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients; proactively maximise opportunities and increase market share.
- Manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
- Negotiate complex terms effectively.
- Collaborate within a team to meet individual and team targets.
- Promote the 11 brand positively in the market.
- Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
- Support managers with training, stand in when required, and drive initiatives and company values.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
- Experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency with proven success.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates with clients.
