Customer Success Manager – SAAS GEOPOLITICAL RISK REALTIME & PREDICTION AI TECH

Up to £45k base + 20% OTE. Role can be remote/hybrid/office based. You must come from a commercial role at a SaaS company to be considered.

This company sells a risk solution used for global aviation. It predicts in real time security risks; its a SaaS product with critical real‑time capabilities.

Responsibilities

• This is a junior SaaS CSM role managing accounts focused on airline and other aeronautical clients
• Managing 30-40 accounts
• Focused on day-to-day client management and renewal

Requirements

• At least 1 year of client-facing / B2B commercial experience, best suited for those in SaaS looking to move into an SDR role
• Ideally an interest in this space
• Have managed and renewed accounts
• Happy to occasionally come into the office
