Senior Motion Designer – SPORTS Creative Agency

Overview

We are working with a global creative agency at the intersection of sport, culture and entertainment. We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join their talented creative team and lead standout visual content across digital and social platforms, mainly for SPORTS and entertainment clients.

What you’ll do

• Lead motion graphics projects from concept to delivery
• Create high‑impact edits using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life
• Deliver short and long‑form content to a high standard
• Stay up to date with trends and tools — including emerging AI workflows
• Maintain clear file structures and smooth handovers

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience in motion graphics for social and digital content
• Strong background in SPORT and entertainment content
• Confident leading creative projects and client‑facing conversations
• Skilled in concepting, storytelling, and visual execution
• Organised, proactive, and a natural problem‑solver
• Positive, collaborative and passionate about the craft
