OB are partnered with a Series A funded scale-up, who work with some of the most recognisable companies and brands globally, who are looking for a Lead Software Engineer, with a strong Product Engineering skills and a Product first mindset, to lead a small team and develop their platform.
My client will consider a diverse background of programming languages (Python, Java, C#, Go, Rust) as long as you come with exceptional Product Engineering skills, working with Product teams, owning end-to-end development, and having a Product focused mindset.

Responsibilities
- Lead a small team and develop the platform with a strong Product Engineering focus.
- Work with Product teams, own end-to-end development, and maintain a Product-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with backend development (Python, Java, C#, Go, Rust)
- STEM Background from a Russell Group or top ranked University
- Demonstrated experience leading teams/projects
- The role can be fully remote for those who are UK based with an office space you can go to in London
