Responsibilities
French speaking Finance LeadLocation: Remote UKSalary: £120,000 per annumRef: 732FR
Main duties:This position will be responsible for managing the accounting functions including a small finance teamReport to the US-based Director of Operational Finance.
The role:– Lead the France finance team in monthly accounting close, reporting, and forecasting– Oversee monthly forecasting for sales, income statement, and cash flow– Manage all statutory accounting processes (journal entries, reconciliations, month/year-end close, trial balance, tax returns)– Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings and analysis (trial balance review, flux analysis, payroll coordination)– Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley financial certifications– Review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close process– Guide external and internal audit requirements
Candidate’s Profile
– Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)– Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounts– Experience in multi-national, multi-currency organizations– Strong analytical and interpersonal skills– High-achieving individual with a strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A)skillset and a solid accounting background– Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounts– Experience in multi-national, multi-currency organizations– Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
