My client are looking for a Technical Front Office Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their team. You will have experience working in the Front Office within an Investment Bank / Fund.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Identifying technical needs
- Scoping and structuring requirements
- Designing end to end solutions
- Driving Product Design
- Proactive project monitoring
Project Management Duties
- Defining project scope with stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining project plans
- Liaising with multiple teams and departments
- Monitor risks and issues
- Change Management
You will be able to
- Capture and structure requirements
- Think outside the box for complex solutions
- Work effectively with stakeholders
- Be proficient in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Have knowledge of various Asset Classes including: Equities, Futures, Options, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives etc.
- Happy working on multiple concurrent projects and manage time effectively
Experience required
- 5+ years of working as a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager
- Experience working in the Front Office
- Ability to code in Python or KDB+/Q
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Proven track record of delivering projects in a pressurised Trading environment
