Dream medical are currently working with a client in Edinburgh, they have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the team working in Surgical Wards at their Edinburgh Hospital. You will be working with a diversity of specialties, making each day unique and rewarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure, and to experience the vast specialties within the hospital.
This Hospital, is a day case facility, based in south east Edinburgh. They practice some of the most advanced treatments supported by the latest generation imaging and diagnostic technology. This means they offer everything from screening and rehabilitation through to leading edge surgical procedures and cancer care.
Duties and responsibilities:Day-to-day responsibilities of this will include completing the drug/medical rounds. Therefore, a thorough understanding of medicine is essential. You will be required to maintain and complete paperwork accurately which includes discharge paperwork and completing care pathways. You will also be required to communicate with the team leaders and consultants frequently, so building strong working relationships is essential.
