Dream Medical is seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join a friendly clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner at a busy GP Surgery in Leeds.
Interested applicants will currently be an autonomous practitioner working independently but also have the ability to work in conjunction with other health care professionals. You will have a Minor Illness qualification and the ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations
- Referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team
Qualifications
- NMC Registration & Pin
- V100/V300 prescribing qualification
- Proof of immunizations
- Up to date CV
- Minor Illness qualification
