Insurance & Asset & Wealth Management Risk Advisory Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Deliver client-facing advisory engagements across the four core competency areas.
- Support the management of workstreams, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Apply problem-solving skills to design practical, commercially viable solutions.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and bids.
- Support, coach, and develop junior team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory change.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: regulatory change, risk management, governance, internal controls, financial reporting controls, sustainability/ESG advisory, internal audit.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how complex organisations operate.
- Strong analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
