Manage flat roofing contracts across Greater Manchester and the North West, from handover to completion. Lead site teams and subcontractors, plan labour and materials, maintain health and safety and quality standards, provide client updates, and control programme and costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing flat roofing projects in a contracting environment.
• Strong planning, communication, and client facing skills with sound H&S knowledge.
• Ability to run multiple projects concurrently with commercial awareness.
