Senior Appointments – scaling Product Teams | Passion for Women In Tech
We’re looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead the entire product organisation within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company focused on delivering innovative solutions for enhancing software delivery and team productivity. This key leadership role requires setting the product vision and driving execution across diverse product offerings, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, customer success and senior leadership. You will build and guide a high-performing product team while establishing scalable processes to support continued growth.
- Experience in leading global teams at C-suite level
- Strong expertise in software engineering metrics and data-driven product development
- Proven track record working directly with engineering, data teams, customers and internal stakeholders
- SaaS experience is desired
- Skilled in global stakeholder management
- Thrives in fast-paced, agile, high-growth environments
- Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with C-suite and board-level executives
- Owns end-to-end product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration
Package:
- Up to £150K plus benefits (DOE)
- Hybrid role – 3 days per week in London office
- 4-stage interview process
- ASAP preferred
