Lead the Way in Aviation Recruitment
Up to £75K Base + Up to 50% Commission | Hybrid: 3 Days in City Office, 2 Days Remote
We are hiring for a leading executive recruitment firm aiming to expand their Aviation desk. With a new City of London office opening in summer 2025, a restructured leadership team, and an existing Aviation client with contractors across Europe, this role provides an excellent platform to develop a successful practice.

Who We’re Looking For
You are a confident recruiter capable of growing a desk and leveraging relationships within the Aviation or Tech sectors.
- 5+ years of 360 recruitment experience in Aviation, Travel, or Technology
- Strong business development and account expansion skills
- Comfortable aiming for £250K+ in billings, with ramp-up support
- A proven, credible track record

You will help aviation clients by hiring for roles such as:
- CIO, CTO, Head of Technology
- Technical Architect, Solutions Architect
- Business Analyst, Data Analyst
