Overview

Job title: Projects Director – CAT A & B Fit-Outs

Location: Central London

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple CAT A & B fit-out schemes across London, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with the highest quality standards.
• Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Site Managers and Commercial Managers etc.
• Serve as the key client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Oversee all project phases – from pre-construction through to handover.
• Provide strategic leadership, programme oversight, risk management, and commercial awareness across the portfolio.
• Drive health & safety, sustainability, and innovation in delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-value CAT A & B commercial fit-outs in central London.
• Strong leadership background at Projects Director or Senior Project Manager level with a Tier 1 or reputable specialist contractor.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent projects of £10m+ value.
• Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills and technical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of London market, supply chain, and regulations.

Package

• Basic salary of up to £150,000 per annum
