Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Law

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid) | Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus | Ref: 37585

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Implement and manage contract administration processes
• Stay updated on regulatory and compliance changes in the gaming sector
• Address legal matters in various areas
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to internal and external stakeholders on legal and commercial risks
• Develop and maintain legal policies, best legal practices
• Assist in tracking the performance of junior legal team members, providing guidance, allocating tasks, and more

Qualifications

• 6+ years post-qualification experience as a commercial/media/IP lawyer in a leading law firm or in-house in the iGaming, technology, digital media, or entertainment industry
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Law
• Proven track record of successfully managing legal risks and complex commercial legal matters
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop junior team members
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in M&A transactions and AI is a plus
