Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Bromley. The Recruitment Consultant will source and interview high-calibre professionals for the construction industry. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and effectively communicating with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills
- Proficiency in Consulting and Interviewing skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
