Senior Delivery Manager – Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector.
• Drive application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Deliver applications, services, products or platforms.
• Ensure governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
• Provide an overview view of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly with clients.
• Drive presales and business development to expand existing business, including written bid responses and formal presentations.
• Apply user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
• Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 core values.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing successful outcomes and delivering in the Private or Public Sector.
• Experience in complex application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Experience delivering applications, services, products or platforms (3 of 4 required).
• Experience managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with good commercial awareness and understanding of project challenges in multi-supplier environments.
• Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid responses and formal presentations.
• Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
