My client, a leading Top 200 law firm in the South East, is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 1-3 years experience to join their Real Estate team.

The Role

• Manage a busy caseload focusing on residential property matters, specifically in the retirement living sector
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and equity transfers
• Provide excellent client care, especially with elderly clients
• Support complex matters under Partner supervision

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 1-3 years’ experience
• Proficiency in residential property law and landlord/tenant matters
• Strong communication and time management skills
• IT proficiency and attention to detail
