Litigation Solicitor – Essex

The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, including property issues and contentious probate
• Advising clients from initial instruction through to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
• Working closely with colleagues on complex or high-value disputes

About You:

• A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2–5 years’ PQE in litigation
• Strong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Committed to delivering excellent client service
• Enthusiastic about contributing to the team’s growth and wider firm initiatives
