What does the role involve?
Duties will include Barista work in our Coffee Shop, working on the Bar and in our Restaurant, operating till system, serving our customers and giving excellent customer service.
To assist the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver a great service of food and beverages within well-presented and stocked catering outlets making every guest feel special. To maximise revenue and profit in all food and beverage outlets through the use of upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
