Are you a qualified accountant ready to step into a strategic role that shapes the future of a purpose-driven organisation? We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance team.

You’ll be at the heart of decision-making—partnering with our People, Risk, Finance, and Pricing teams to drive performance, challenge thinking, and influence strategy. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, including Executive Directors, to translate business plans into financial outcomes and deliver insights that matter.

You’ll be the go-to expert for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), helping shape multi-year forecasts, optimise operational spend, and support strategic initiatives across a £300m income base. Expect variety, visibility, and impact.

We’re not hung up on titles. You don’t need to have been a Finance Business Partner before—but you do need the right mindset and experience.

We are looking for:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with post-qualification experience in FP&A or management accounting
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial insights with clarity and confidence
  • Commercial acumen and a forward-looking approach to financial performance
  • Comfortable working with budgeting systems and financial tools
  • Experience in insurance, risk-based businesses, or healthcare
  • Exposure to strategic planning, pricing, or actuarial environments
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
