Project Manager – Card scheme Benefits
Contract: 12 months, London office 2 days a week
Rate: £400-£450
Please note you MUST have Card rewards / benefits experience to apply to this role. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
Responsibilities
- Launch new card scheme benefits (eg travel insurance, concierge services, airport lounge access, event tickets) dealing with existing products such as Avios.
- Work for a card scheme provider or issuer; liaise internally and with external vendors to get the product launched and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with legal and other stakeholders to understand and manage end-to-end processes.
- Collaborate with global internal staff and vendors and manage flexible working hours as required.
Qualifications
- Card rewards / benefits experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience issuing new products
- Understanding of end-to-end processes (e.g., liaising with legal)
- Experience with plug and play solutions
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
- Strong project management experience
