Mandatory Skills
- Java 8 and above, Spring 5, Spring Boot, Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins (must be technically and conceptually strong, and currently hands-on)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to clearly share and discuss ideas
- Demonstrated experience contributing to solution design and architecture (for senior candidates)
- New technology exposure, especially Docker and Kubernetes
- Relevant certifications and industry awards
