Senior Recruitment Consultant – London (Hybrid)
Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant, 2‑3 stage interview process, £30‑£45k + benefits & commission.
develop is a specialist technology agency. We are looking for 360 consultants who enjoy winning business, expanding accounts and delivering into those positions. This role is based in our German entity with a brilliant H1, offering opportunities to scale the team and business.
Interview Process
3 stage process: 2 remote calls and a final in‑person meeting.
Responsibilities
• 360 recruiting: source, engage, and close roles across the German tech and European markets.
• Win and grow business: develop accounts, expand desk, and achieve 360 business targets.
• Deliver into positions: ensure successful placement and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within the German tech market (ideally).
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience (no limits).
- Experience within the European markets.
- Interest in winning 360 business and growing desk.
- Open to discuss salary if above the base range.
