Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater London for an M&E Contracts Manager. The M&E Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of M&E contracts, ensuring Contracts are completed correctly and compliant. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and subcontractors, managing contract timelines, assessing project risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role involves detailed planning, procurement of materials, and supervision of installation and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in M&E maintenance and installation
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in contract management is an advantage
- Proficiency in software systems
