Base pay range

Up to £50k basic – 3-4 days based in the office.

The Role

  • Developing the global events programme in line with strategic marketing and business development plans.
  • Overall project management of events, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Planning and managing event logistics end-to-end: dates, venues, exhibition/stand requirements, equipment, kit lists, and target audience profiles.
  • Leading onsite delivery, including set-up, breakdown, problem-solving, supplier management, and logistics.
  • Preparing event documentation: roadshow proposals, event briefs, briefing packs, risk assessments, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinating event structure and materials, including physical collateral, digital assets, and contributory speakers.
  • Driving event promotion and communications in partnership with the marketing team, including social media content, POS, web listings, and graphics briefs.
  • Budget management, negotiation and reporting.
  • Tracking and reporting success metrics, capturing learnings for future improvement.

The Person

  • Ideally at least 4-5 years of B2B event operations/marketing experience, preferably within tech, media, or creative industries.
  • Proven end-to-end project management skills: from ideation and planning through to execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, team alignment, and supplier negotiation, with full budget ownership.
  • Help evolve networks, templates, processes, and playbooks for event execution and internal collaboration.
  • A proactive mindset, able to push back, reset priorities, and take full accountability for outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to track performance metrics in HubSpot, including lead generation, pipeline impact, and attendance insights.
  • Able to travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays and some weekends.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required).
