Business Intelligence Developer at OhChat

What you’ll do:
1️⃣ Build and maintain our data backbone
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines, warehouse and lake on AWS.
- Ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data flow across systems.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and data governance throughout the pipeline.
2️⃣ Create outstanding intelligence dashboards
- Develop high‑quality, insightful dashboards in Looker.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand KPIs and operational needs.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that help teams run the business smarter every day.
3️⃣ Analyze and unlock insight from data
Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with leadership to provide analytics that drive decision‑making and business change. Communicate complex findings in simple, impactful ways.
What you’ll need:
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, and AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda).
- Proven ability to model, transform, and visualise data effectively.
- Experience building dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools.
- A mix of technical depth and commercial awareness – understanding what data really matters.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for clarity, accuracy, and storytelling with data.
