The roleWe are looking for a commercially-driven CRM Manager to drive customer acquisition for Dojo, owning the strategy and delivery of all our CRM-based growth efforts.

This role is critical for driving new customer acquisition, accelerating our growth, and creating a seamless journey from prospect to customer.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and develop the strategy for all CRM-driven customer acquisition and nurture, with the primary goal of converting prospects into successful new customers.
  • Proactively identify and develop new programs and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and top-of-funnel growth.
  • Act as the team’s subject matter expert and champion for Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Own the strategy and optimisation of all automated lead nurture programs, ensuring we effectively guide prospects through the consideration phase.
  • Take full ownership of our Winback program, developing and executing data-driven strategies to re-engage lapsed customers.
  • Own and manage our Referrals program, responsible for its ongoing performance and for building the business case for its future strategic development in partnership with Product and Commercial
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns (direct mail, email, in-app, push), from initial brief through to build, QA, and deployment.
  • Work hands-on within our marketing platforms to build audience segments, ensuring we deliver relevant and personalised communications.
  • Analyse campaign performance, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders that clearly demonstrate CRM’s impact on business KPIs.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation by designing, executing, and analysing tests to improve top-of-funnel conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, commercial and marketing teams to align and deliver on initiatives, incentives and campaigns
  • Embrace a collaborative and flexible approach by contributing to priority projects across the CRM team, helping to drive shared business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record in a similar CRM role, with a strong focus on driving commercial results, particularly in customer acquisition and lead nurture.
  • Essential hands-on experience with marketing and sales automation platforms, specifically Pardot and Salesforce.
  • A strategic and proactive sense of ownership, with a mindset that goes beyond execution to identify and create new opportunities for growth.
  • Data-literate, with demonstrable experience in reporting and using insights to make commercially-driven decisions.
  • Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the presence to build influential relationships and navigate a complex organisation effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple competing priorities.
  • A genuine ‘test and learn’ attitude, with practical experience in designing and executing A/B tests to drive continuous improvement.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
