Java Developer (Documentum Training Opportunity)

Location: Telford (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Participate in training and hands‑on learning for OpenText Documentum.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Support Documentum‑related development and customization post‑training.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on Documentum technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work onsite in Telford twice a week.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to enterprise content management systems.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
