Accuflex is seeking a talented Commercial Legal Counsel (4–6 years PQE) for an immediate interim assignment with a leading commercial real estate investment firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Supporting real estate transactions and investment activity
- Advising on general corporate and commercial legal matters
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Ideal Candidate
- UK qualified solicitor with 4–6 years PQE
- Background in real estate or exposure to commercial property matters highly desirable
- Available to start immediately
