Supplier Quality Manufacturing Engineer

I’m seeking a Supplier Quality Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading global energy company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with strong, hands‑on manufacturing experience to drive supplier quality and process improvement across a global supply base.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Product & Process Qualifications (PPQs) at supplier sites
• Manage and resolve supplier quality issues and non‑conformances
• Conduct supplier audits and develop manufacturing capability
• Lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and support cost reduction
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold high manufacturing and quality standards

What You Bring

• Extensive manufacturing experience — confident understanding and assessing supplier processes
• Knowledge of both traditional and modern manufacturing methods (e.g., precision machining, additive manufacturing, advanced finishing)
• Background in aerospace or similarly high‑integrity industries (not automotive)
• Strong understanding of GD&T, QMS (ISO9001), and inspection methodologies
• Skilled in problem‑solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and ideally SAP
