They are now seeking a Head of Production Operations to lead their busy production, logistics and installation teams. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced production professional with a background in large format printing and a passion for operational excellence, quality, and sustainability.
Job Role
- Oversee all aspects of large format production, logistics, and installation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Lead, motivate, and develop multi-skilled production teams across multiple shifts
- Manage production schedules, workflows, and resource planning to optimise efficiency and output
- Implement and maintain robust quality control and health & safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and promote sustainable practices
- Collaborate with Procurement to forecast and manage material requirements
- Support the introduction of new print technologies and production methods
- Ensure clear communication between production, logistics, account management, and project teams
- Provide operational insight and recommendations for capacity planning and business development
