Location: Hybrid, Reading UK (3days/Week Onsite)

Duration: 6months+ Contract Inside IR35

Rate: 550GBP/Day Inside IR35

Overview

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of OFS. This individual must be a proven heavy-hitter with extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. The role demands strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery on a day-to-day basis for the OFS project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Own the delivery roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Drive governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and issues.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

• Project/programme management experience, ideally in a works management solution or within the utilities industry.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of OFS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Comfortable operating in complex matrix environments.
