The Role:
Join our rapidly growing recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant! You’ll work alongside experienced consultants, learning the ropes of the industry while supporting the team with:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for permanent roles – from sourcing candidates to closing deals.
- Building strong relationships with clients and truly understanding their hiring needs.
- Engaging top talent through headhunting, networking, and job boards.
- Conducting interviews and matching candidates with the right long-term opportunities.
- Providing market insights and expert recruitment advice.
- Achieving and exceeding personal and team targets.
