Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and temporary roles
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various positions
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent
• Providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Creating and managing a sales pipeline of leads and potential clients
• Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs

• Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
