Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our established team. As a GP Practice Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role within a GP practice, providing patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment, and administrative support. Collaborate with a diverse multi-skilled professional team to deliver high-quality, person-centered, holistic care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment and administrative support within a GP practice.
- Collaborate with a diverse, multi-skilled professional team to deliver high-quality, person-centered, holistic care to patients.
- Support clinical services and contribute to safe and effective medicines management.

Requirements
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
