About You

• Led large ERP implementations across supply chain, finance, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution.
• Understands the full ERP lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, rollout, and optimisation.
• Translates complex processes into clear, actionable systems.
• Confident bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
• Thrives in fast‑moving, multi‑site environments.
• Bonus: hands‑on Infor M3 experience, Spotfire, SQL, APIs, or other ERP tools.

What You’ll Be Doing

ERP Transformation & Implementation

• Lead full‑cycle ERP projects, from mapping processes to post‑rollout optimisation.
• Partner with business leaders to standardise and improve operational workflows.
• Configure systems, migrate data, and test integrations to ensure smooth adoption.

Reporting & Analytics

• Build dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to give stakeholders real‑time insight.
• Automate processes and workflows wherever possible, maximising efficiency.

Change Management & Training

• Deliver end‑user training and embed new ways of working.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring business requirements match system capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal development teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Guide multi‑site teams through transformation with clear communication and accountability.
