ROLE OVERVIEW
Lawes are currently partnering with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their Real Estate team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career, you will have the opportunity to oversee a substantial book of business while contributing to the overall growth strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and managed an inherited book of business with some key leading accounts
- Pipeline of warm leads to follow up
- Assigned two account handlers to help with workload
- Working with large corporate complex business
- Develop relationships with key insurers
- Maintain an exsiting portfolio
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive team performance and business success.
- Lead by example, inspiring, encouraging and personally supporting account handlers in their career development
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in managing real estate insurance accounts.
- Strong understanding of the London Market and property owner-specific policies.
- Ability to manage high-value accounts with a strategic and client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader business objectives.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong business management and client service skills.
- Strategic problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
