Freelance Project Manager required for a £12 million new build industrial unit. The project is circa 46 weeks commencing January 2026. Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception through to completion, ensuring that the programme of works is adhered to, cost control, value engineering, RAMS, site health and safety, supervision/management of the site team, chairing client/subcontractor meetings and providing progress reports to the senior management team.
Mandatory requirement: someone with circa 10 years working as a Project Manager/Lead, a proven track record delivering as the no.1 portal frame, industrial/logistic unit schemes and possession of CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates.
