Senior Project Manager – Commercial Developer Sector
This market leading project management consultancy work with tier one real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.
They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q1 2026, these are a mix of office, retail and hospitality consisting of cut/carve and CAT A/B with contract values £10m-100m.

What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
- Track record delivering projects under JCT contract
- Experienced on new build, cut and carve, CAT A or CAT B within the private sector
- Ideally chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
