Regional heavyweight with a London presence due to increased litigation instructions are looking for an NQ-3YR PQE Litigation Solicitor to join their team based in one of their Kent offices.
My client are a full-service modern legal practice operating from seven office locations in central London, Kent and Surrey serving personal and corporate clients in the UK and overseas.
You will be working on a broad caseload of all dispute resolution matters including but not limited to:
- Dealing with debt recovery.
- Handling contentious probate matters.
- Landlord and tenant disputes.
The successful candidate will have:
- A qualified Solicitor 0-3yrs experience (NQ’s must have sat a seat in litigation)
- Experience managing their own full caseload with minimal supervision.
- Professional and hardworking.
- Open to growth and development.
- Team player.
