Senior Project Manager – Sovini Group
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Sovini, part of The Sovini Group.

Responsibilities
- Support the Development Manager and wider Development Team by actively managing capital projects and assisting to successfully deliver the Development Programmes for the Sovini Group and its Partners.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of leading and managing multiple, complex (generally) affordable housing projects.
- Experience of managing professional teams.
- Ability to work agile, manage own workload to highest standards, use initiative, and bring forward solutions to challenges.
- Knowledge and understanding of JCT build contracts, contract management, and quality control systems.
- Understanding of commercial management and acumen, ability to assess risk and appropriate mitigation strategies.
- High personal integrity with a strong focus on personal accountability to deliver effective outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, face‑to‑face and email.
- Demonstration of The Sovini Group’s values – Success, Passion, Authenticity, Courage, Enterprise – in day‑to‑day job role.
Advantageous but not Essential
- Degree or similar level of educational standard desirable. High numeracy and literacy.
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE 2).
- RICS qualification (Qualified).
- Experience of managing large budgets and accurate delivery of cost programmes.
- Experience of working to strict targets and deadlines; ability to work well under pressure.
