About The Role
We’re looking for an analytically-minded Credit & Commercial Senior Analyst to work our commercial & pricing strategy in our motor finance team (Autolend). This role is suitable for someone who loves using strong analytics to optimise our business, improve funnel performance while still delivering a good portfolio return.

Autolend is building high performing portfolios, with bold growth targets and a commitment to responsible lending.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Optimise the pricing strategy, determine how much to lend and at what interest rate.
- Improve the conversion funnel, respond to qualitative feedback as well as data insights.
- Build a product that our customers and partners love.
How You’ll Impact Those Objectives
- Define and continuously optimise multi-channel pricing & commercial strategy to grow the business while maintaining strong returns.
- Discover insights from data using tools like Python and SQL to find opportunities and optimise our strategy.
- Seek out novel strategies and commercial approaches to take advantage of.
- Obsession over competitor trends and performance through acquisition channels, responding quickly to market changes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and external partners to improve funnel performance.
- Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies and continuously identify areas for improvement.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Daily coding experience, with proficiency in Python and SQL ideally.
- Proven experience in credit risk or commercial strategy roles, ideally within consumer lending.
- A strategic mindset and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable decisions.
- A focus on delivering results that align with both commercial and customer needs.
- A collaborative, open approach and willingness to challenge assumptions.
- Experience in marketing / growth roles is a plus, but not required.
Interview Process
- An initial phone conversation with a member of our team.
- Onsite interviews, including a practical case study and team conversations.
- A final discussion with a member of our executive leadership (C-suite).
