Location: Buckler’s Lodge, Woodcote Green, Crowthorne, Bracknell Forest, Berkshire RG45 6HZ
Pay: Competitive
Hours: 40 per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday with some weekend work (flexibility required)

Job Description
As a General Manager, you will develop and maintain a warm, caring environment, maintain legal records, investigate complaints, liaise with CQC, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staffing and recruitment, manage inductions, conduct supervision, assessments and team meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (e.g., RMA)
- Experience as a Registered Manager
- Experience managing a Care/Nursing Home for older people
- Experience working with budgets and business plans
- Appropriate skill levels in Maths & English
