Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity release, shared ownership, and re-mortgages.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts relating to residential conveyancing.
• Handle more complex transactions such as transfers of part, overage agreements, option agreements, rural property matters, newly drafted leases, deeds of easement, and transactions involving trusts.
• Provide a tailored, premium service to high-net-worth clients and oversee high-value property matters.
• Supervise and support paralegals to ensure a cohesive, efficient team environment.
• Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and legal standards.
